If you choose flat rate, which is the normal national post service, it takes 5-21 working days. If you choose DHL, it will arrive within 48 hours after preparation of the order. Please note that we do not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please send us an email to service@blueandtrue.com if you need an invoice. Please note that we can only mail the invoice with the data you enter as the billing address.
If you choose DHL, we will mail you your tracking code the same day we ship your order. The shipping method flat rate is without a tracking code.

Please understand that we only sell the necklace with the cover and the cover with the necklace.
That’s not a problem. You can return your unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of arrival at your address, and we will send a full refund of the product price, provided you have an order number. Please ship it back to: BLUE AND TRUE, VIA RIGHI 13, 40126 BOLOGNA, ITALY. Please make sure to include all important information such as order number, address, and reasons for sending it back. Shipments without this information inside cannot be processed. Refunds will be issued after the product is returned. Thank you for your understanding.
Don’t worry. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we’ll offer you either an exchange, full refund, or repair, provided you have an order number. For certain damages, we even offer 6 months of guarantee. Please contact us at service@blueandtrue.com and send us pictures of the damage. Include all relevant information such as order number, name, address, and claim details. Please note that all necklaces are handmade, partially hand-dyed, or embroidered and will show signs of use over time, which is not considered damage. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, we sell at Lala Berlin, Alte Schönhauser Str. 3, 10119 Berlin, and at Cabinet, Viaduktstrasse 83, 8005 Zürich.
We don’t take responsibility for damaged or lost phones. Please always check the condition of your cover and make sure your phone sits and fits properly in the cover at all times.
If you want to change your order, please inform us at service@blueandtrue.com. You can return your unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of arrival and we will send a full refund of the product price. For exchanges, PayPal extra shipment costs of €4.30 to info@blueandtrue. If you change your order within 2 hours after purchase, the exchange will be free of extra shipment charges.
You can pick up the items without shipping costs directly at our showroom: BLUE AND TRUE, VIA RIGHI 13, 40126 BOLOGNA, ITALY. Please make an appointment for pickup by emailing service@blueandtrue.com. This option is valid only for purchases in Italy.
